7.1 Physical Books & Products
Because the book is printed on demand and shipped internationally, we accept returns only in the following cases:
✔ Item arrived damaged
✔ Item arrived defective
✔ Wrong item received
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
If approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund to your original payment method
Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

- Limited or special editions (unless damaged)
